Women’s Wellness | Private Practice

There is room to understand before deciding what comes next.

One-to-one women’s wellness support for when something in your health or wellbeing has changed, doesn’t feel quite right, or simply deserves more attention.

You may be noticing changes in your energy, sleep, stress, mood, digestion, weight, hormonal wellbeing or how you feel in yourself. Or there may be several things happening at once and you’re not sure what matters most.

We begin by understanding you. Your health and wellbeing don’t happen in isolation, so we look at what you’re experiencing within the wider context of your body, your life, your circumstances and what matters to you.

You don’t need to arrive with the right words, an explanation or a decision about what happens next.

01 · Recognition

Does any of this feel familiar?

These are ordinary experiences, not labels or a test. You may recognise one, several, or something entirely different in what has brought you here.

“I don’t quite feel like myself lately.”

Something has shifted in how you feel, even if you don’t yet have a clear explanation for it.

A place to begin

You don’t have to have it all worked out before we talk.

Sometimes the starting point is simply knowing that something deserves a closer look.

We begin with you.

You don’t need the right words.

We can start with what you’ve noticed.

What working together is actually about

Personal attention, careful thought and room for your own judgement.

Make sense of what’s happening.

Get clearer on what matters.

Know what you want to do next.

I work directly with only two women at a time. This is a deliberately small practice because the work is deep, focused and individual.

Through careful listening, professional judgement and collaborative sense-making, I help each woman understand what she is experiencing, the circumstances and influences around it, what matters to her and how she wants to move forward.

You retain agency throughout. The work is not about being told what you should do.

02 · Your first conversation

Substantial work in its own right. Not a route into a package.

Precision Clarity

90 minutes · £170

90 minutes to give the picture attention.

Precision Clarity is the primary starting point for a new private client. It creates focused space for your story, your circumstances and what matters to you to be understood together.

You normally receive a Precision Clarity Summary within 24 hours. The consultation can stand alone. The purpose of Precision Clarity is to support greater understanding and help you identify a direction you may choose to take forward independently.

03 · What comes next

There is no single path you have to follow.

After Precision Clarity, we consider together what has become clearer, what may need attention and what you want to do next.

What direction feels appropriate?

The answer is not predetermined.

Take something forward yourself

You may leave with greater clarity and a direction you can take forward independently. Precision Clarity is designed as a complete standalone consultation. Further sessions are optional rather than required.

Involve other appropriate support

What has emerged may involve support from another wellness practitioner, an existing professional, a GP or another regulated healthcare professional where appropriate.

Continue exploring together

There may be something you would like to continue working through with Alicia where this is appropriate, wanted and within the scope of the practice.

Combine different forms of support

Sometimes more than one direction may be appropriate. Different forms of support can sit alongside one another rather than everything needing to come from one practitioner or discipline.

You remain part of every decision about what happens next.

If continuing together is appropriate

Alicia’s support routes are available where continuing together is appropriate and wanted.

Precision Support

60 minutes · £120 per session

Where deeper support is appropriate and wanted, Precision Support provides focused ongoing work. Sessions are normally 60 minutes and weekly, with progress reviewed as the work develops.

Depth requires capacity. Alicia works with no more than two active women at a time in this longer support relationship, preserving the attention and energy focused work requires.

Private Advisory

Existing or former clients can return for focused advisory support when something later needs attention, without automatically restarting ongoing work.

Careful attention, without a predetermined answer.

My approach is integrative and complementary. It considers the woman as a whole and brings together different ways of understanding wellbeing, while recognising that no single approach explains every experience.

The work is woman-led, context-led and collaborative. Through careful listening, professional judgement and shared sense-making, we consider what is happening, what may matter and how you want to move forward.

This work is non-diagnostic and does not replace appropriate care or treatment from a GP, specialist, mental-health professional or other regulated professional. Where appropriate, it can sit alongside other forms of support.
